Our Area Office is running an Elemental Weekend in January. Sea Cadets from Windsor, Sarnia, Woodstock, and London will come together at HMCS HUNTER (Windsor, ON) for training, competition and a fun weekend! Cadets will learn:
- Naval Communications – Semaphore,
- Ropework – Splicing, Knots, Pulley Systems
- Lifting Devices – Jackstay Transfers, Gyn, Sheer Legs
- Leadership & Instructional Roles for Senior Cadets
- Teambuilding with other Sea Cadets
- AND SO MUCH MORE!
Transportation: Bus will leave from and arrive back at our building- 19 Becher St., London, ON
DEPART: Friday, 10 Jan – Cadets are to be dropped off at 17:15 (5:15 pm)
RETURN: Sunday, 12 Jan – Cadets return at approximately 16:30 (4:30 pm)
Dress: Cadets are to arrive Friday in Appropriate Civilian Attire; other items are listed in the Kit List.
