SUMMARY:Uniform Exchange and New Issue Night / Sports Night
DESCRIPTION:Administrative Notes: \n\nAll Cadets need to return your completed and signed Annual Validation Form that was handed out on Sep 12.  Please be sure to add both a Parent Email and Cell # as well as Cadet Email and Cell # on the form as this will help us with communication and contacting you to relay details over the course of the training year.  If you have not received your Annual Validation Form yet\, please check in with the Admin O to get yours to take home for completion and parent signature.\nCadet Code of Conduct forms will be distributed this evening – it is imperative that cadets and parents review the details\, sign and return this to our office as soon as possible.\nIf you are required to complete a Detailed Health Questionnaire (DHQ) this year or as follow-up to new registration\, please have this form completed and returned as soon as possible.\n\nUniform Exchange: \n\nTonight is the night to bring in uniform parts that no longer fit to be exchanged for some that do!\nAll returned uniform parts must be clean (freshly washed\, dry and folded) in order to be returned – we do not have laundry facilities available so anything returned must be clean in order to be re-issued to someone else.\nPlease do not return socks or black t-shirts – those are yours to keep 🙂\nNote: Any cadets from the June ACR Guard who have not returned web belt and gaitors must bring them in this evening – they were supposed to be returned in June so are long overdue if you still have them at home.\n\nNew Cadet Uniforms \n\nWe will be sizing and issuing as many uniforms as possible to our new cadets who have joined recently.\nBe sure to make room in your closet now as you will receive the following (from our existing supply if your size is available and/or after your new order is placed and arrives within a few weeks):\nCadet parade boots and multi-purpose boots\, socks\, gloves\, toque\, ball cap\, sailor’s cap\, SS dress shirt\, blue LS shirt\,  t-shirt\, pants\, belt\, tunic\, lanyard\, and winter 2 layer parka.\n\n\nSports Night \n\nConcurrently to the Uniform Exchanges/Issues will be sports activities for those cadets before/after your visit to supply.\nAll cadets are to wear sports clothing with running shoes for the duration of the evening.
