DESCRIPTION:Tuesday August 27 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM \nWelcome Back Night to kick-off the 2024-2025 Training Year!\nReturning Cadets and Parents as well as New Cadets and Parents are encouraged to attend.\nWe will provide an overview of key activities and dates for the upcoming year\, an overview of Training\, Question/Answer and more! \nThe evening will begin with a family-friendly Barbecue (vegetarian and vegan available)\, coordinated by our partners\, the Navy League of Canada\, London Branch (Registered Charity\, volunteer committee). \nWe are thrilled to welcome back Mayday Catering for the BBQ and Shaws Ice Cream cones will be for sale with a portion of sales donated to the London Branch in support of our cadets. \nThere is no per person charge for the BBQ\, however\, cash or online donations will be gratefully accepted by the Navy League Branch to help offset the cost.  There will also be fundraising activities with chances to win! DESCRIPTION:We have been invited to participate in a brief Change of Command Ceremony for HMCS PREVOST on Saturday June 8 at 7:00 PM which is the time the bus returns from the sail day in Windsor. \nSenior cadets are asked to stay behind to participate and parents are invited to attend as spectators to the Change of Command Ceremony.  All should be wrapped up by 8:00 PM. \nTo make things easier\, senior cadets (MC-CPO1) are asked to bring their C3B Uniform (Ironed\, Pressed\, and Polished) in on Tuesday June 4\, to store in our office until HMCS Prevost’s Change of Command Ceremony on Saturday. \nSunday is an early morning\, so we are not asking all cadets to participate\, just the senior cadets who are a bit older than junior cadets (for sleep and rest considerations).

DESCRIPTION:Dress: C3B (Summer Dress – See Figure 6-G Right); \nCadets are asked to bring Tunics and Lanyards on a hanger. Senior Cadets are asked not to wear Webbing (Web Belts or Gaiters) \nTimings: 12:00 – 15:00 (3pm – Approximately) \nThe Battle of the Atlantic Ceremony is a key event for all cadets to participate in which takes place at HMCS PREVOST (our location at 19 Becher Street) on the first Sunday in May each year. \nCadets will earn 3 Community Service Hours for attending. \nThe Ceremony will be finished at approximately 3:00 PM. Parents and guests are welcome to stay for the Ceremony which is open to the public.
