DESCRIPTION:After a very busy and successful training weekend\, we are adjusting training for Tuesday night to accommodate a final drill team practice before the competition on Saturday\, March 7. \nThe only cadets required to attend are those who are on the drill team. 6:15 PM to 9:00 PM.  Dress will be C5 uniform. \nDrill team members can bring their uniform white shirts\, tunics and white caps and leave those here for Saturday morning. \nIf any other cadets would like to attend to watch the practice and show support for the team\, you are welcome\, but not obligated to attend. \n

DESCRIPTION:Our cadet drill team would be participating in the local area competition Saturday morningtaking place at HMCS PREVOST \nParents are invited to welcome to attend as spectators to this event \nCadets in the drill team need to arrive at 8 AM. \nUniform inspection is 8:45 and the Drill Sequence is at 9:00 AM.  \nparents can stay to watch and then cadets are free to depart with parents immediately after the team competes or they can stay until noon to watch other teams but lunch is not provided. \n

SUMMARY:All Cadets - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Training Day - Marksmanship
DESCRIPTION:1000 hrs to 1600 hrs   (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) \nAll cadets participate to learn marksmanship skills (Cadet Daisy Air Rifle) and score on targets to earn Cadet Marksmanship Qualification Level Badges ranging from “Marksman” to “Distinguished”. \nDress is comfortable civilian sports/athletic clothes\, easy to move in. \n10:00 hrs – 12:00 hrs  Cadets will receive refresher training for safe handling of the Daisy Air Rifle and safe operation of a marksmanship range in the morning as well as time to practice using ‘grouping’ targets. \nLunch will be provided at no cost to cadets or parents. \n1300 hrs – 1500 hrs Cadets will have the opportunity to participate in Relays using Grouping Targets and have their best scores evaluated for qualification levels/badges. \n1500 – 1545 hrs  Cadets will disassemble the range equipment and be dismissed for parent pickup at 1600 hrs (4:00 PM) \nFor safety reasons\, spectators are not permitted for this event.  Our Cadet Correspondent will be taking lots of photos and sharing them on our social media accounts.
