Senior cadets will be in Leadership roles, instructing, planning, organizing training and activities.Β  Junior cadets will gain valuable teamwork experience and learn many new skills.Β  Phase 3 and Phase 4 cadets will have their first leadership experiences as cabin leaders, class leaders and as part of the Duty Watch (Petty Officer of the Day and Quartermaster roles).

This weekend is a great opportunity for cadets within the Corps to function as a team overall and individually gain new friendships that will last the year and beyond.

It is always wonderful to see how much the Corps grows and pulls together over the course of this training weekend πŸ™‚

Mark your calendars so you can plan to attend – you won’t want to miss it!

Note: An advance Workparty will be selected from the Chief Petty Officers and Petty Officer First Cadets to travel Friday evening (Dec 8) to set up the Training areas.
